Tim is the founder and President of Colchuck. He serves as a director for several companies and non-profit organizations, as well as an informal advisor to numerous other people and organizations. Tim is also co-founder and former CEO of Point B, Inc., a national management consulting firm. In 2010 Tim was recognized for his work at Point B as Ernst & Young’s Pacific NW Entrepreneur of the Year in Services.
Tim holds a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Washington and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the Booth Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. He is listed as a “Notable Alumnus” on websites associated with both institutions and was named the 2016 Distinguished Alumnus in Economics at the University of Washington.
Tim and his wife Christi have three adult children and are based in both Leavenworth, WA and Park City, UT. Tim is avid hiker, mountain biker and skier as well as big fan of American football and English soccer.

Abby re-joined Colchuck in fall of 2025 and serves as Portfolio Director, supporting the firm’s venture capital, private equity, private credit, and real estate investments. She helps with portfolio oversight, conducts deal screening and due diligence, performs investment and performance analysis, and contributes to operational efficiency across the firm.
Abby holds a BA in International Development Studies from UCLA (2020), with a minor in History, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management (2025).
Abby is based in Park City, Utah, where she enjoys the mountain surroundings through hiking, walks, cooking, and playing games of all kinds (especially Pinball).

Zac joined Colchuck in 2023 and serves as Director of Investments, supporting the firm’s venture capital, private equity, private credit, and real estate investment activities. In this role, Zac leads preliminary review and screening of new opportunities, supports due diligence and underwriting, and designs investment and operating workflows that improve decision-making efficiency and investor productivity across the portfolio.
Prior to Colchuck, Zac built a multidisciplinary career spanning real estate, biotechnology and life sciences, medical and outdoor product design, and creative production. He has held roles across strategy, design management, and product development, bringing a systems-oriented and execution-focused approach to complex problem solving.
Zac is a former member of the U.S. National Snowboard Team and a four-time U.S. National Champion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Utah and applies human-centered design principles to strategic analysis, diligence, and investment operations.
Zac lives in Park City, Utah with his wife, Annika, their two children, and their miniature Australian Shepherd, Ozzy. Outside of work, he spends time in the mountains snowboarding, biking, and exploring the outdoors with his family.
